I was wondering if I could use your 8-bit rendition of the Metroid2DX/ Super Metroid Samus for a NES-style fangame, essentially what the Metroid series would have been if it had continued making sequels for its original console, like Mario and Zelda. Could I use them and give credit to you?

Those 8-bit Samus sprites were merely edits and rips from Metroid 2 and a hacked version. Feel free to use them, as I only added colour and fixed them.
